RBI Assistant Registration 2023 begins at opportunities.rbi.org.in, apply for 450 vacancies

RBI Assistant Recruitment 2023: The Reserve Bank of India has invited candidates for the recruitment of RBI Assistant 2023. Interested candidates can check the eligibility criteria here and apply for recruitment through the official website at opportunities.rbi.org.in.
As per the schedule, the RBI Assistant Registration 2023 will be open from September 13 to October 04. The Preliminary examination will be conducted on October 21 and 23, 2023. While the Main examination for RBI Assistant is tentatively scheduled for December 02, 2023.
Age Limit
The applicants must be between 20 to 28 years of age. However, upper-age relaxation is available to the candidates of reserved categories.
Educational Qualification
• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC.
• A candidate belonging to the Ex-servicemen category (except dependents of ex-servicemen) should either be a graduate from a recognized University or should have passed the matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defence service.
• Candidates applying for post in a particular recruiting Office should be proficient in the language (i.e., know to read, write, speak and understand the language) of the state/ any of the states falling under the recruiting Office.
Selection Process
The candidates will be selected on the basis of Preliminary examination, Main examination and Language Proficiency Test (LPT).

How to apply for RBI Assistant Recruitment 2023?
Step 1. Visit the official website at opportunities.rbi.org.in
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the link that reads, go to ‘Current Vacancies’ and click on ‘Recruitment for the Post of Assistant – 2023’
Step 3. You will be redirected to a new page, register yourself and fill out the application form
Step 4. Upload the required documents and pay the application fee
Step 5. Download and take a printout of the application form for future reference
Examination Fee
The application fee (including intimation charges) for General/OBC/EWS candidates is Rs. 450/- plus GST. However, candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwBD/EXS categories are required to pay only intimation charges, i.e., Rs. 50/- plus GST.
