SBI PO 2023: The State Bank of India is looking for eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officer 2023. The online registration for the SBI PO recruitment is underway and will end on September 27.
SBI aims to fill a total of 2,000 vacancies for the post of Probationary Officer PO) through this recruitment drive. Interested candidates can register themselves for the recruitment examination at the official website at sbi.co.in.
The selection of the candidates for the Probationary Officer will be done through a three-phase process.
Phase I: Preliminary Examination
The preliminary exam will consist of 100 marks. There will be three sections in the question paper, each with separate timings. Category-wise merit list will be drawn on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the Preliminary Examination. There will be no sectional cut-off.

Phase II: Main Examination
The Main examination will be conducted online and will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. The Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after the conclusion of the Objective Test and candidates will have to type their Descriptive Test answers on the computer.
Phase-III: Psychometric Test, Group Exercise & Interview
The Bank will conduct a Psychometric test for personality profiling, of those candidates who will be shortlisted for Phase III. The findings of the test may be placed before the Interview panel to have a thorough perspective on the candidates.
