CAT 2023 registration window closes tomorrow at iimcat.ac.in, apply here

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow is scheduled to close the registration window for CAT 2023 tomorrow, September 12. Candidates who are eligible and wish to apply for the Common Admission Test 2023 can visit the official website at iimcat.ac.in.
According to a press release, CAT 2023 is scheduled to be held in around 155 cities. Candidates will have the option to select six optional cities for their exam location. The CAT Center will try to allocate one of the chosen options to each candidate. It is important to note that once an exam centre is assigned to a candidate, no further changes will be allowed.
Once the CAT registration window is closed, candidates who have paid the registration fee and have successfully registered will get to make corrections and edit particulars in the CAT 2023 application form. A step-by-step process is provided below to register for the Common Admission Test 2023.

Step 1: Visit the official website at iimcat.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Registration for CAT 2023” link.
Step 3: Register by providing your email ID, mobile number, and other personal details.
Step 4: Select test cities of your choice from the available options.
Step 5: Make the payment of the application fee and submit your CAT 2023 application form.
Step 6: Download the confirmation page and take its printout for further use.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognised college or university or students in their final year of graduation are eligible to apply for the CAT 2023 exam.
About CAT 2023 Exam
CAT 2023 will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) mode for a duration of 120 minutes. The test will have three sections as follows;
Section I: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
Section II: Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
Section III: Quantitative Ability
Candidates will be given exactly 40 minutes to answer questions in each section and they will not be permitted to switch from one section to another while answering questions in a particular section.
