The man who allegedly fatally stabbed NSW Ambulance paramedic Stephen Tougher outside a McDonald’s restaurant in Sydney’s southwest now faces fresh charges.
Tougher, a 29-year-old father-of-two, was finishing up paperwork before the end of his shift when he was allegedly attacked in the Campbelltown carpark at 5.30am on April 14.
Jordan Fineanganofo, then 21, was charged with his murder and remains before the courts.

It is now alleged Fineanganofo was involved in three other incidents on the day of, and the day before, Tougher’s death.
“Detectives identified three prior incidents that are alleged to have occurred at Blair Athol, Ingleburn and Raby on Thursday, April 13 and Friday, April 14,” NSW Police said.
The now-22-year-old was arrested at Macquarie Fields Police Station on July 27.
“He was remanded into custody,” NSW Police said.
“He was charged common assault, destroy or damage property, armed with intent, two counts of attempted wounding with intent, and stealing.”
Outside court in April, Fineanganofo’s lawyer Javid Faiz told reporters his client had mental health issues and was in the hospital at Long Bay jail, but he understood the charges.
“I’ve explained the offences and he is fully aware of the gravity,” he said.
Fineanganofo is set to face court again at Campbelltown Local Court, on Wednesday.
