Former AFLW player Moana Hope has made her red carpet debut alongside TV presenter and former Miss Universe Australia, Maria Thattil.
The pair’s appearance follows weeks of speculation that the two had struck up a relationship months after Hope split from wife Isabella Carlstrom.
Ahead of attending the opening night of Death of a Salesman, Thattil took to her Instagram, sharing a series of behind-the-scenes photos with Hope to her 235,000 followers.

“Third look of the day. A sleek little @effiekatsofficial dress + a hot date @moanahope,” said the model, who was Miss Universe Australia 2020.
She went on to share a video of both women posing in a doorway, shouting out hairdresser @sshairr who did “hair on both of us”.
Hope went on to reshare the Instagram stories with her own 121,000 followers.
Smiling on the red carpet of the opening night, Hope and Thattil wrapped their arms around each other, beaming at the cameras outside Melbourne’s Her Majesty’s Theatre.
Thattil wore a cut-out black dress and Hope a beige double-breasted suit over a grey sweater and collared shirt.
Hope shared a photo of Thattil on her Instagram stories on Wednesday, showing the TV star leaving her house carrying a bag.
“Love to see you come. Hate to see you go,” she wrote.
Thattil also posted a black-and-white selfie of the pair.
It comes after Hope and wife Carlstrom confirmed their split in June, releasing separate statements that they had chosen to “consciously uncouple”.
The confirmation followed weeks of speculation after Hope changed the family emoji on her Instagram profile details from a family of four to one of a solo parent and two children.
Both women gave birth to a child, being parents to Svea and Ahi.
Meanwhile, Thattil has previously spoken on dating women compared to men.
“The relationships I’ve had with men have not even scratched the surface of the emotional intimacy I’ve experienced with women,” she said on the KIC Pod.
“I was closeted and not… I’m still learning about myself and things like that.
“I felt this pressure… to perform for someone else and I didn’t understand my own body, I didn’t prioritise my own experiences up until I came out and started exploring that.
“When I started dating women I obviously had an attitude shift.”
