She’s the British beauty entrepreneur whose products have clocked up millions of dollars in sales.
And now Trinny Woodall, who is the brains behind Trinny London, has added a brand new product to her impressive stable of beauty buys: the BFF All Day Matte Foundation.
The $75 product – which is available from today (September 7) – claims to give a “lightweight yet long-wearing, natural matte finish that stays put all day or night long, providing coverage without the cake”.

It’s made with a host of skin-loving ingredients, which mean that it will neither cake nor flake on your skin.
These ingredients include pro-ceramides and vitamin B3, which is known to help to hydrate the complexion.
The foundation is available in an impressive 18 different shades, and you can find your exact match by completing a Match2Me profile which matches to help you find the perfect combination for your hair, skin and eyes.
Those who have been lucky enough to get their hands on the foundation before it launches in-store and online on September 7 have described it as “breathable”, “smooth” and “lasting”.
“Lasted all day without the need for touch ups. Suited my skin, giving me an even complexion and disguised fine lines and wrinkles well,” one shopper said of the foundation.
“It feels like a skincare product. It doesn’t feel like a mask of foundation & feels really comfortable,” another added.
A third said: “Easy to apply and my skin looks good all day”.
Speaking to Best Picks, Trinny said there is one key mistake when it comes to applying foundation, namely choosing the wrong shade.
“So often, women choose a colour that they want their skin to be, which just ends up making the foundation more visible,” Trinny tells 7Life.
“Having your skin well-prepped before applying foundation is key to making it look good. Having a routine which includes great hydration and exfoliation will ensure that your foundation goes on flawlessly.”
When it comes to applying her own BFF Foundation, Trinny says she loves to put it on with her fingers instead of a brush.
“Let the heat of your fingers really get amongst the product in order to let the BFF sink beautifully into the skin,” she says.
“You can also use a sponge if you prefer – if you’re doing this, I like the RMS Skin2Skin Brauty Sponge. You can also use our Trinny London foundation brush.”
