A four bedroom home on the picturesque NSW Central Coast is being auctioned with a price guide of about $490,000.
However, the deal comes with a catch.
The house at 23 Warner Ave, Tuggerawong is packed to the rafters with the belongings of the late owner, who died in the home from natural causes.

Whoever buys the hoarded house will take possession of the property “as is”, with only the car to be removed before settlement.
Images of the home revealed it is packed with rubbish, clothing, furniture and other various items and in dire need of a thorough clean.
Other images reveal the property is also covered in cobwebs and dust.
Apart from the bedroom and bathroom the late owner used, the rest of the home is full of their various personal possessions.
However, for some people the home may still be seen as a steal.
The price, size of the property and location near the water’s edge may classify it as a winner for one lucky buyer.
The lakeside home also boasts a garage which has been converted into a studio.
The four-bedroom home, complete with a deck and sizeable backyard, will be auctioned on September 9.
Under NSW legislation, real estate agents are required to disclose “material facts” that may impact a buyer’s decision.
While a natural death may not necessarily be classed as a material fact, in this instance the agent has obligingly provided that extra information.
Tuggerawong is on the Central Coast, about 90km north of Sydney and 55km south of Newcastle.
